Registration for RinCon '08
Mail-in and online registration is now closed. Registration at the door is handled through the Tucson Convention Center box office.
Last Chance Early Registration at Ides of Gaming!
If you missed out on the discounted online registration, there's still a chance to save $5 off the onsite ticket price. On Saturday, October 18th, head to Ides of Gaming: Tucson's Monthly Game Day between noon and 6pm to sign up and save! Ides of Gaming is held in the upstairs community room at Espresso Art, 944 E. Early registration by mail
Mail-in registration forms must be postmarked on or before October 14, 2008, to receive the early registration rate. You will be contacted by e-mail upon receipt of the form.
Onsite registration
Onsite registration during RinCon '08 will be handled through the Tucson Convention Center (TCC) box office located immediately adjacent to our convention. Because purchasing tickets for RinCon '08 at the door will be handled by a professionally trained staff of TCC employees, you can expect efficient and convenient onsite ticket purchasing. This level of customer service comes with a price commensurate to the increased ticket cost. Revenue from pre-registration and onsite ticket purchases are roughly the same and go into SAGA coffers to cover the operating budget for the RinCon gaming convention.
Badge Pickup
All attendees that have pre-registered will pick up their ticket at the TCC box office. Bring this ticket to badge pickup inside the foyer, just past the box office.
