Directions on how to get to the Tucson Convention Center.

It's easy to get to RinCon '08!

RinCon '08 will be held October 31st through November 2nd, 2008, at the Tucson Convention Center (TCC) in downtown Tucson, Arizona. Carpool to the convention with your friends and family to save gas and find affordable parking—street parking is free on the weekend, TCC parking is only $5 per day, and neighboring parking lot prices are normally comparable. There is plenty of parking in the downtown area.

Due to the construction on the interstate, the TCC has a handy map with incredibly simple instructions on how to get to the TCC from I-10 and I-19.

Eastbound I-10 to TCC
Exit at Prince (exit 254) and head down the frontage road to Congress. Turn left on Congress. Turn right on Church.

Westbound I-10 to TCC
Exit at E. 29th Street and head up the frontage road to Congress. Turn right on Congress. Turn right on Church.

Northbound I-10 to TCC
Take E. 29th Street exit for cross streets and head up the frontage road to Congress. Turn right on Congress. Turn right on Church.

Registration for RinCon is as easy as 1-2-3!

1) Go to the TCC box office.
All onsite registration is handled through the TCC box office. Pre-registered attendees will be able to pick up their tickets to RinCon at the will call line at the TCC box office. Onsite registration will be able to purchase tickets at the show during normal TCC box office hours of operation.

2) Exchange tickets for admission badge.
Once you have you have received your tickets from the box office, simply head inside the North Exhibit Hall Foyer for your badges. The foyer is immediately adjacent to the TCC box office, so you can't miss it.

3) Sign up for events at Gamer HQ.

Once you are wearing your admission badge, it is a good idea to visit the Gamer HQ and register for all the events you want to participate in during the show. Gamer HQ is centrally located in Graham room and is the raised dais area where the RinCon Directors will be stationed to service your needs.

Hotel Information

The official onsite convention hotel for RinCon '08 will be the beautiful Hotel Arizona, located two minutes walking distance from the TCC Box Office. Please be sure to register your hotel stay under room block code SAGA for additional savings!

Hotel Arizona room rate is only $79 per night and includes two full American breakfasts.

SAGA has negotiated on your behalf to ensure this special room block rate is available to all our guests. Rooms include either a spacious king-sized bed or two doubles with maximum occupancy of four individuals (that's potentially $20/night for four people). Unlike some other hotel "breakfasts", Hotel Arizona has a real breakfast with lots of tasty food to keep you properly fueled for all the gaming excitement throughout the day. Friday Night's Zombie Homecoming Party is at the Hotel Arizona Starlight Ballroom.

The Friday night Zombie Homecoming Party is a 21 and over event free to all RinCon attendees. We will have music, games and alcohol. Don't risk driving the streets Halloween night; simply enjoy the evening and take the elevator upstairs to your comfortable room. The Hotel Arizona is adjacent to the Tucson Convention Center and also comes with covered parking with in and out privileges throughout your stay.
